1991 Created Cycling Project for the North West tp promote cycling and took charitable status.
2004 name changed to Cycling Projects.
Wheels for All birthday year.
Wheels for All initiative launched in 1996. 2006 - 10 years of cycling for people of all ages with disabilities and differing needs.
