UPDATE - Wheels for All
working
to provide cycling opportunities for everyone to enjoy
The Cleavley Track, Winton,
Eccles is being refurbished! Wheels for All cycling sessions using a wide range
of specially adapted cycles (handcycles, quadcycles, tricycles, recumbents
for one and two people) can be enjoyed there until 21st May and
then after that at the Athletics Track, Wythenshawe Park from 28th
May 2004 until further notice.

Sessions cost just £7 per cyclist per hour (£50.00 group booking - up to 10
cyclists larger numbers by arrangement)
Please note that for Health & Safety reasons we are running
training courses on cycling for disabled people, aimed at carers/interested
persons. At least one person (and
preferably all people) accompanying each group/individual should attend. Learn how to get the most out of each cycling
session! Carers/teachers may bring
their clients prior to attending a training course, but should make every
effort to book on a course as soon as possible. The cost is just £50 per day plus VAT. FREE FREE PLACES
ARE AVAILABLE TO SALFORD AND MANCHESTER BASED GROUPS/ORGANISATIONS funded by
Community Chest

We suggest that each
organisation keep one available for carers, teachers & cyclists
Would your group like an
opportunity to learn more about cycling and cycles for disabled people. If you wish to book a cycling awareness
session at Eccles/Wythenshawe for a group of people who are not disabled, then
the rate is £7 per person per hour, minimum of 8 participants each hour, else there
